  2. Eligible Purchases: Only the initial purchase of a mock test package is eligible for a refund. Subsequent purchases or renewals are not eligible for refunds.

  2. Required Information: Provide your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a brief explanation for the refund request.

 

Refund Process:

 

  1. Review and Approval: Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it to ensure it meets our refund policy criteria. We aim to process all requests within 2 business days.

  2. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Non-Refundable Situations: Refund requests made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.
